1. Develop coordinated programs that support the overall marketing goals, plans and budgets.
   
   
2. Collateral material includes catalogs, product flyers, price lists, mailers, slide presentations and customer proposal binders.
   
   
3. Develop concept, creative ideas and with client assistance write appropriate copy.
   
   
4. Whenever possible, collateral materials will be created with desktop publishing to minimize costs.
   
   
5. Supervise and manage printers. This includes getting competitive quotes, selecting a printer and supervising the printing. Of course, budget, delivery and quality will all be considered when making a recommendation. You will be billed directly by the printer without any markup.
   

What's not included:

A. Writing or creating product installation and service manuals. However, graphic design and assistance in printing will be included.

   1. Artwork
   2. Photography
   3. Films
2. Long distance telephone calls.
   
   
3. Out-of-pocket expenses for travel
   1. Air fare
   2. Overnight accommodations
   3. Normal day to day travel is included in retainer.

Note: All out-of-pocket expenses are billed or directly invoiced at the actual cost without the traditional 17.625% agency markup.
