All ads are billed direct to the client. The typical 15% agency discount is returned to the
client.
Look for opportunities to receive free listings in published directories whenever possible and complete the appropriate paperwork for each listing.
Negotiate with publications to merchandise your ad program (at no cost) to your sales organization.

- Out-of-pocket expenses for ad creation
- Artwork
- Photography
- Type output
- Out-of-pocket expenses for ad insertions
- Films and shipping costs
- Long distance telephone calls.
- Out-of-pocket expenses for travel
- Air fare
- Overnight accommodations
- Normal day to day travel is included in the retainer.
Note: All out-of-pocket expenses are billed or directly invoiced at actual cost without the traditional 17.625% agency markup.
