What's not included:

A. Out-of-pocket expenses for release or article creation

• Photography
• Duplicating photos

B. Long distance telephone calls.

C. Out-of-pocket expenses for travel to prepare case histories, tutorial articles or press tours

• Air fare
• Overnight accommodations
  Normal day to day travel is included in the retainer.

Note: All out-of-pocket expenses are billed directly or invoiced at actual cost without the traditional 17.625% agency markup.
